How to get started

1 - the number one

Make the request

Confirm your interest in the program with your Customer Success Specialist or fill out our Health Check Request form. (This form must be filled out by the customer.)

2 - the number two

Select a use case

Choose an Umbrella use case you would like to review:
• Policy Best Practice and Overview
• User Attribution and Reporting
• On and Off Network Protection

3 - the number three

Book the meeting

Once the form is filled out, we’ll reach out to schedule your health check. The 60-minute review will be via Webex. You can share your screen or grant us access to view your Umbrella dashboard during the call.

What happens next?

Your session will begin with a brief introduction to the Health Check objectives and process flow, followed by an expert review of your Umbrella implementation with a member of our Customer Success team.

Shortly after the session, we’ll send you a Health Check summary report with recommendations based on our findings.
